An evening with Levantine Hill
A one-night five-course dinner in the Cocktail Lounge, paired with Levantine Hill wines and hosted by winemaker Peter Shone.
On Thursday 17 September, Stella welcomes Levantine Hill winemaker Peter Shone for a five-course dinner in the Cocktail Lounge. The evening follows the estate from its sparkling Blanc de Blancs and Estate Chardonnay through to Pinot Noir, Family Paddock and Botrytis.
The menu begins with oysters dressed with elderflower and lemon alongside the 2022 Blanc de Blancs, before burrata, apple, walnut and tarragon meets the 2023 Estate Chardonnay. Duck breast follows with Estate Pinot Noir, then Wagyu, celeriac, roasted shallots and wild mushrooms alongside the 2020 Colleen’s Family Paddock Pinot Noir. Tiramisu concludes the evening with 2020 Levantine Estate Botrytis.
Peter will guide each pour, sharing the vineyard and vintage detail behind the wines as the dinner progresses. Tickets are $165 per person; reservations are required and places are limited.
